Captain Joe first started fishing off the coast of New Jersey at the age of 12. In 1982 he moved to South Florida, where he fished out of Ft. Lauderdale/Miami and the Bahamas. In 1984 he moved to Central FL, where he been fishing for the past 30+ years, Captain Joe has been a licensed captain for the past 30 years and holds a 100 Ton Master’s License.
