A few frequently asked questions.

What will I need to get started?

After you sign up, you will be contacted by a Hooker Booker team member to gather the following documents from you:

  • Boat Insurance
  • Government issued Identification
  • Fishing license
  • Captain’s License

How long does approval take?

Approval takes anywhere from 2-5 business days.  As soon as you are approved, you will be notified and you may begin posting your trips immediately.

How do I get paid?

You will collect your payment from the customer.

How to tell if you would be a good Captain:

Have a boat and like fishing.

The more you can offer, the higher chances are for a booking.
